					Thanks for the great trailer. I flew from Alaska to Florida. Hauled trailer to California picked up boat and then took boat and trailer to Seattle. Now I am using it in Alaska. No warranty needed. It is an excellent product. Do routine maintenance and check items for use. I had a couple bolts come loose after a 3500 mile trip but that is my fault for not doing routine checks after 19,157 bumps per 1000 miles... Thanks for the great customer service, price and quick turnaround on the build. Thanks for all the help Brad! Yes, Brad the owner was helping me fix my truck before hooking up the trailer. We had some good laughs.

					We bought a 18' 10,000lb car hauler four or five years ago and we've put well over a 100,000 miles on it. The roads are terrible in some areas so the trailer got the snot beat out of it all the while. We've been super careful about maintenance of the trailer...brakes, grease the bearings, check (and twice repair) the welds. If you do that, you will get a ton of life out of it. The minor cracks of some aluminum welds are not really on the builder. Cracked aluminum welds are more the fault of our terrible roads with potholes the size of a crater. Great, great job Nextrail!! You guys build the best aluminum trailer down there in Ocala FL...

					After careful due diligence and personally visiting several boat trailer manufactures, I decide on Nextrail to build a new trailer for my HS 2600 CC. Not only were their prices competitive but Brad (owner) and Jeff ( sales manager) took personal interest in the build and delivery of my trailer. The time they spent going through options and features where above and beyond. No pressure to close the deal, I could have walked at anytime. Instead a no deposit order was signed and within a week at that very busy time, I picked up the spanking brand new new trailer. At this time of delivery I was promised that they would set the trailer to provide correct tongue and weight distribution once I brought the boat and trailer back. Months had passed and I called to check to see if they would still set the trailer up and without hesitation they said absolutely just give us a heads up so they can plan accordingly. The day came and dropped off the trailer expecting a couple of days needed to get to it. Well low and behold in just a few hours I got the call from Jeff to come pick her up! And what a difference! Made pulling a near 10K boat and trailer a whole new relaxing experience. Nextrail is so customer service oriented that somehow I lost a bearing cover and they replaced it free of charge. If your looking to find a great trailer build and outstanding customer service Nextrail should be at the top of your list.

					Picked up my new 18,000 lb boat trailer on 11/17/20. It was one of the easiest transactions I have ever made. Found them on Craigslist, called and talked to John on friday 11/13 , he recommended what I size needed for my boat, gave he me the price. He did not have it in stock so he said he would make it and I could pick it up Tuesday 11/17. Every other boat trailer dealer told me 10 weeks and there price was $2500 more. Called John back and placed the order. No deposit was needed and it was built and ready for pick up 2 working days later and a lot cheaper for top of the line quality. Thank you John and your team for getting it done as you said.
